Becoming angry is not bad neither abnormal........
But the action afterwards will show either bad or good
How one handle oneself and what one do when angry shows one overall maturity and who one truly is. Your reaction in the heat of an argument really matters and what you say thereat as it shows your maturity.
The way people react when they are angry in this contemporary days beats one's imagination, many has gone to the extent of killing from the standpoint of anger simply, the cause of such anger tends to be pride. Apparently anger thrives on pride.
We react in anger without considering the outcome, many a time angered people tends to bang the door or even slam the table all being predicated on anger. Many relationship has gone in shambles only because of a little misunderstanding that allows anger, many families has been shattered for the same reason too, even many turned divorcee and many has dashed out as a result of anger.
It is time we crawl out of our shadows, remembering that nothing is capable of hurting us except we permit it. Anger produces nothing besides something away from what we expected after which our anger is suppressed. Anger can be a result of our incontinences too so, we must take action to correct our incontinences because things tends to go haywire when we react negatively in our anger.
We should be careful of our thoughts and what proceed from our mouth when we are angry, forgive quickly, affirm this within " I FORGIVE MYSELF, I FORGIVE OTHERS, I AM FORGIVEN. Release yourself of the wish to harm the other person, delay your responses, relax, think and pursue peace.
Lastly, remember that becoming angry is not bad neither is it abnormal, but it is what we do afterwards that can lead to bad behaviours and serious problem.
